COACHING COMMITMENT

This commitment, between Lei Comerford and the above-named client will include exploration with an initial inventory during an approximate two-hour client discovery session, and seventeen (17) 50-minute coaching calls over a 9-month period. An extension of services can be considered following conclusion of this engagement.
Our exploration over 9 months results in personal and professional transformation. Coaching is designed jointly based on your goals and objectives agreed upon during the discovery session.
As your Coach, I promise that all information provided is kept strictly confidential, except for information I am required to share with the ICF for professional credentialing purposes. For those purposes what is disclosed is the Client’s name, contact information, timeframe(s) during which we have partnered, and total number of hours we’ve coached together.
From time to time I am required to receive mentor coaching from an ICF Credentialed coach who is also bound by the ICF Code of Ethics and pledge of confidentiality. When beneficial, the mentor coach will observe a session with a Client and provide me (the Coach) with feedback to improve my coaching and sustain my credential status. No content is disclosed beyond the specific session observed and is only relevant to support professional credentialing.
The role of the Coach is to be honest and straightforward, asking questions and making requests. The purpose of our interaction is to keep you (the Client) focused and aligned with your personal development objectives and to support you (the Client) in realizing your goals.
As your Coach, I make the following requests:
- Be honest. My job is to support you in those actions and objectives YOU have chosen for yourself. Please use me as a safe place to look at what stops you from moving forward.
- Sometimes I may ask questions which may initially seem too probing. Consider and decide if you can give me full permission to be bold and forthright in all our interactions.
- Please tell me what works and what doesn’t work in having someone support your learning and development.
- Commit to attending all appointments/calls on time. If there is a need to reschedule, I ask that you provide notification at least 24 hours in advance via email and/or text message. Any coaching sessions scheduled without prior notification of reschedule are subject to having the coaching time deducted from the program total hours.
- Determine whether your goal is one you are absolutely certain you are ready to begin making happen NOW. I partner with clients who are READY to take action and create the change they want and need.
As a Client, I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for my well-being during my coaching meetings, including my choices and decisions. I recognize that coaching is not mentoring, training, consulting or therapy and that professional referrals will be given to me if needed.
Investment:
9-month “Amplify Your Potential” Coaching Program $12,500 + 3.5% credit card fee
Package Includes: sessions conducted via Zoom
- Half Day VIP Intensive (3-hours)
- 2-hour Discovery/Planning Session
- Two- 50-minute coaching calls per month (17 sessions) during the contract period
- Spot Coaching: Up to five (5) 20-minute calls during program
- Co-creation of personalized Coaching Development Plan- focused objectives for partnership
- True Tilt and Tilt365 Positive Influence Predictor Assessments
- 30-min Celebration and Next Steps Call prior to final session
*If in-person coaching is requested, coach travel expenses will be billed separately
Payment Terms:
Program fees due in full upon execution of agreement.
Term and Termination
- 9-month coaching program starts upon acceptance of these terms and either initial or completed payment.
- This commitment can be amended or terminated at the initiation of either party following a discussion of desire for changes or concerns about progress and/or the coaching relationship. If termination is requested by the client, a refund may be requested only for unused portions of program and includes a 7% administration fee based on program cost.
Your digital acceptance and either initial or completed payment indicate full compliance with the requests above and acknowledge complete understanding of the scope of the Coach/Client relationship.
