Summary of What's Included:

  • Receive accountability through participation in a 3-month group program facilitated by Coach Lei.
  • Use the Positive Intelligence® Program in your day-to-day work and life with app-guided practices.
  • Watch 7 weekly learning videos facilitated by Shirzad Chamine.
  • 1:1 Coaching with Coach Lei twice during the program.

PROGRAM DETAILS:

1: Individual Mental Fitness Program

  • Weekly one-hour video sessions and daily Mental Fitness reminders.
  • 15 Minutes/day of app-guided challenges to increase your daily PQ reps, charge and muscle.
  • Audio and PDF versions of NYT bestselling book Positive Intelligence®
  • One (1) month of elevated APP access to “Grow”.

2: Accountability Sessions 

  • Welcome 1:1 30-minute coaching call.
  • Facilitated group mastermind sessions with your PQ Coach.
  • 8-weekly one-hour group online zoom sessions with up to 10 Pod members.
  • One (1) 45-minute 1:1 coaching.

3: Integrate practices into your Daily Activities

  • The app-guided PQ program supports using the mental fitness PQ Operating System daily.

4: Next Steps: 

1:1 and Group Coaching

  • Individual and Group coaching options are available to take a deeper dive with your dedicated PQ Coach, Lei Comerford.

PQ Application Modules (Available ONLY in “GROW” Track)

  • PQ application modules focused on high impact topics such as: conflict management, relationship building, stress management, parenting, creativity, and many more.

Cancellation Policy:

There are no refunds following registration. With 30+ days notice we can apply the registration fee to a future Bootcamp or to another offering through Lei Comerford Consulting.
